casino.org, which actually publishes more than just Scott Roeben’s Vital Vegas blog, is reporting that Wynn might get as much as $1 billion for 38 unused acres on the Strip. They had development plans before the pandemic, but now might invest those funds overseas. Wynn has not said that the land is for sale, however.
